From holdings that were impacted by July hail, the 2021 Saint-Véran Cuvée Unique reveals aromas of orange oil, white flowers and freshly baked bread, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and structured palate with tangy acids and chalky structuring extract.
The 2021 Saint-Véran Cuvée Unique delivers aromas of crisp stone fruit, pear, honey, white flowers and classy new oak, standing out as one of the more exotic, demonstrative wines in the range. Medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny, it's seamless and enveloping, with lively acids and a penetrating finish.
In 2021 the fruit from all the St Veran vineyards were blended together to make a "unique" cuvee as the yields were too small to make them separately.
