Entirely made from Ansonica from Giglio Island, the 2021 Testamatta Bianco is sunny with tropical notes of pineapple, orange rind, a dark mineral profile, and sea spray. It has a full texture without being heavy and is lifted by its stony feel and crunchy salinity. This is a lovely and unique wine to drink over the next 6-8 years.
