The 2016 Brut Zéro Le Clos des Trois Clochers is a Chardonnay from Villers Allerand aged for nine months in oak. The creamy kiss of oak on the nose adds hazelnut, cream and lemon notions. Ripe juicy lemon and vivid, youthful mousse makes for beautiful tension on the palate that allow glimpses of chalk. A lemon serenity smoothens itself alongside creamy oakiness. The finish tingles with saltiness and lasting, bright freshness. Zero dosage. Disgorged: May, 2022. 2023-2035
