It is the greatest Clos de l'Oratoire ever made ! This sensational effort is a lavishly rich, luxuriant, full-bodied, flamboyantly-styled wine that scores high on the hedonistic charts.
The wine boasts an opaque black/purple color, as well as a knock-out nose of pain grillé, chocolate, cassis, and licorice. Full-bodied, with layers of unctuously-textured black fruits, this low acid, thick, juicy wine is a thrill to drink. It should be delicious when released, and offer compelling consumption for 10-15 years.
