Tasting Notes

Here too there is plenty of pepper character on the ripe and fresh aromas of dark raspberry, cherry and subtle hints of violet. The medium weight flavors are not quite as dense but arguably a bit finer on the well detailed and tension filled finish. (Drink starting 2025)
