The 2023 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru La Boudriotte is suave and elegant, bursting with aromas of minty orchard fruit, citrus zest, white flowers and toasty reduction, followed by a medium- to full-bodied, satiny and seamless palate.
Mid lemon yellow, and showing its oak a little more. Tension comes both from the fruit energy and the terroir, and from the wood. Finishes on white apples and stone fruit, with a definite backbone,
