Tasting Notes

Aromatic fresh citrus, lemon peel and yuzu zest on the nose, with hints of toasty brioche and dried flower. Full-bodied and savory with a low-dosage profile, rich with a dense vinous structure, honey cream and a touch of chalky minerality on the finish. Elegant and delicious. Drink now.
