Medium green-yellow. Intense pepper and tobacco notes add a spicy quality to the aromas of sweet peach and apricot. Orange essence and abundant salty minerality lace the stone fruit flavors and lend this wine a compelling savory appeal. Lemon verbena, citrus, pepper and a strong wet stone quality linger on the persistent aftertaste. Prototypical gruner veltliner, for drinking from 2011 to 2023.
