Chassagne Montrachet Caillerets, Domaine Amiot 2023

There is a somewhat curious hint of rosewater, which is by no means unpleasant though it is atypical, to the citrusy wet stone aromas. The seductively textured, if again not particularly dense, mineral-inflected flavors also conclude in a clean, markedly dry and ever-so-mildly warm finale that would benefit from having more depth so at least a few years of patience are suggested.
