Reduction. This also possesses a relatively elegant mouth feel thanks to the presence of both a discreet minerality as well as very fine-grained tannins that add refinement to the otherwise powerful, intense and solidly complex flavors that exhibit a touch of the sauvage on the impressively persistent finale. Textbook Cazetiers.
