Tasting Notes

Different aspects of 3 granite vineyards add layers: south-facing slopes lend racy acidity, northerly ones weight & texture. Lemon, white peach & mandarin, roasted nut & oatmeal, multidimensional 2020 has thrilling, persistent dryness. Bunch pressed & wild fermented in barrel (various formats). Also in 1.5L. Outstanding 2019 (5 stars, 98 pts).
