Tasting Notes

The grapes come from Mâcon Cruzille. Classy Chardonnay with weight and depth but not at all an overtly Mâconnais nose, a feeling of excitement and zest all the way through. Maybe a miniature fine reduction, which is doing no harm. A long full finish with good acidity. Drink from 2025-2027.
