David Leclapart Cuvee l'Apotre 2010

Tasting Notes

A more citrusy, restrained and thoughtful stance here with plenty of lemon-scented pastry and chalky notes. Some impressive exotic spices are also nicely matched and super pure. The palate's chiseled, restrained and has a more compressed feel to it, displaying dried pineapple and lemon peel. There's a gently nutty, beautifully integrated oak influence here, too. Long and full of energy. Drink now.
