The 2020 Chardonnay The Pennant is savory, rich and complex. It has an opulence and plushness about it that provides a lot of pleasure. It's satisfying but with a skein of firm phenolics that creates a foil for the fruit, and you also get toffee apples and Jersey caramels. 12.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
