50% whole cluster. Fine mid crimson. A little stem note on the very elegant but not too powerful nose. A huge weight of fruit here, with the sweeter style of top vineyards of the Côte de Nuits, ripe but fresh cherries. The Malconsorts has just done its malolactic fermentation but does not seem to have been held back by that. Drink from 2028-2038.
