95% Chardonnay, 5% Sauvignon Blanc.
Quite closed on the nose but more open on the palate. Sinewy, chalky citrus with the herbal note of the Sauvignon kicking in on the finish. A creamy aftertaste. Elegant white wine, a wine of place not variety. But pretty expensive. (JH)
