While the nose is slow to awaken, a lovely lift of citrus appears before the gentle savor of yeast emerges. The palate benefits from an almost zesty pear peel edge that lends structure to the creamy, slightly salty mid-palate. Its usual smooth flow leads to a mouthwatering finish.
