Here the wood treatment surrounding the even more floral-suffused aromas of just sliced apple and poached pear is slightly more prominent. The medium weight flavors aren't as concentrated but they're finer with a subtle minerality adding a sense of lift to the balanced, dry and mildly more persistent finale.
