This offers a great nose driven by cassis and raspberry cream as well as classical Scharzhofberger notes of white peach and white flowers. But where this wine really impresses is on the palate: The intensity and lightness are staggering. This remains a Kabinett and yet is packed with flavors and zesty acidity. It is a hugely impressive wine and a must have for Scharzhofberger lovers. This is a worthy successor of the great 2004 and 2001 auction Kabinett bottlings. 2017-2029
