The 2015 Nuits St. Georges AC from Domaine Georges Noëllat is a fine example in the making. The bouquet delivers scents of red and black cherries, venison, a touch of blood orange, dark soil tones and a bit of nutty new oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and ripe at the core, with good soil signature, moderate tannins and fine length and grip on the well balanced finish. This is good juice. 2022-2050.
