Notably ripe and quite spicy aromas are comprised by notes of liqueur-like plum, cassis and similar dollops of menthol and oak toast. There is good volume and mid-palate sap as the medium-weight flavors possess a velvety and relatively refined texture where a touch of minerality adds a sense of lift to the sneaky long and youthfully austere finish.
