Here the restrained and even cooler and more elegant nose somewhat grudgingly offers up its aromas of Granny Smith apples, mineral reduction and a broad array of citrus elements. The concentrated yet beautifully refined middleweight flavors brim with minerality on the youthfully austere and gorgeously textured built-to-age finale. This is also terrific and highly recommended.
