(Tasted blind amongst a flight of 15 wines, all of which were if Lieu Dit, 1er Cru or Grand Cru level)
Pale gold in colour. Slightly smoky, with ripe peach and some creamy notes. Palate is broad and round with a soft and generous texture complimenting the ripe peach and lemon curd notes. There is a balance between ripe stone fruit, a hint of exotic mango, and creamy, lactic notes on the finish. The supple nature of this wine makes it perfect for drinking now. Very impressive.
