Nuits Les Cras, Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair 2014

Tasting Notes

Here the beautifully expressive nose is redolent of super-fresh red berry fruit, spice, earth and soft floral scents that are trimmed in just enough wood to comment on. There is really lovely vibrancy to the precise and even more mineral-driven medium weight flavors that possess excellent focus on the lingering, balanced and highly persistent finish. This lightly austere effort isn't as fine as the Brûlées but it is more powerful.

Deep purplish blue. Sumptuous, heady nose. Very juicy. Good energy. Medium weight. Excitement. Crackling chalky tannins. It really does taste chalky! Drink between 2024-2038
